MIGRANTS MOVING HISTORY – NARRATIVES OF DIVERSITY IN EUROPE is a project that provides interviews with twelve renowned European artists of immigrant origin in nine different European metropolises. The focus of the interviews revolves around questions of immigration, history and identity. The filmed interviews were carried out in 2008. The interview project took place within the framework of the larger project Migration in Museums, supported by the Hauptstadtkulturfonds (Berlin).

The project resulted in a documentary, a website and a publication. The website makes selected parts of the interviews available. The interviews on this website are structured along biographic narratives on the one hand, and two topics – Migration & Memory and Migration & Museum – on the other hand.
